Installing flares
A Sprinter van is just barely 70 inches wide at the floor, but narrows to less than 60 inches at the roof.

A person six feet tall would struggle to sleep sideways at floor level and definitely won’t fit at mid-height, but that’s what Flarespace flares solve. The picture at the top shows flares and Flarespace’s bed system in a Ford Transit. Here’s the install on a Mercedes Sprinter from the outside:
