The consensus appears to be Visible, a Verizon-owned MVNO, which offers unlimited data for $40/month ($25 if you join a PartyPay group). “Unlimited” includes an unlimited amount of tethered data throttled to no more than 5Gb/s (so, it is technically limited). And if you’re in a busy area, expect to get all your data throttled. In practice, this sometimes means I get no data at all on the phone.
